The use of the SeniorSitters website is restricted to Homeowners and to Housesitters over the age of 50.

Please Note: Individuals under the age of eighteen are expressly prohibited by law from submitting to SeniorSitters or posting to the websites any personally identifiable information about themselves.

By using affiliated websites to search for housesitting opportunities or send messages to Members, whether Homeowners or Housesitters, users agree and understand that SeniorSitters and its affiliates shall not be responsible or liable, either directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of, or reliance upon, the website to obtain search results and/or send messages to Members.

Registration

In consideration of the use of the website, users agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about themselves as prompted by the site's registration form (such information being the "Registration Details") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Details to keep them true, accurate, current and complete.

If a user provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or SeniorSitters has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, SeniorSitters has the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse any and all current or future use of the website or any portion thereof.

Conduct

This Service is provided by SeniorSitters to individuals only. 

Unauthorised commercial use of the Service, or resale except by prior written agreement, is expressly prohibited.

Users agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under their accounts or passwords, including the content of transmissions through the Service.

Any misuse of the Service or departure from what is normally considered Reasonable Conduct may result in immediate withdrawal of Services.
