Note to secretaries of Rotary, Probus and other community and sporting organisations, especially those with membership predominantly in the Over 50 category: 

While housesitting SeniorSitters founder Peter Wearing Smith is frequently on the move and may be available to give a talk in your area.

The talk is between 20 and 40 minutes, plus question time, depending upon the Club's requirements. No special audio visual equipment is required, and talks are recorded, with CDs later available at nominal cost to Club members who may have missed the talk, or who would like to keep a copy for reference purposes.

Talks are given free of charge, though it is expected that the hosting organisation cover essential transportation and meal costs and, where applicable, accommodation charges.
